If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned and refunded within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
The protective film on the outsole must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Please note that all sales of items that are part of FR Privé special events are final and we will not accept change for this type of product.
We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 4pm on friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We will not provide a replacement product without your express permission.
Your Rusconi shoes have been carefully made in Italy and ispected before shipped. Due to the hand craftemnship and our unique material choices, slight irregularities may be noticeable.
To request return authorization, you must access the MY ACCOUNT section, log in with your account credentials or enter your e-mail address and order number if you made a purchase as a Guest.
In the Order History section, select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Once completed, fabiorusconi.it will send a confirmation
email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
- In Italy and Europe the return is free of charge, for Extra EU countries all return shipping costs and any customs charges will be borne by the customer. For intercontinental returns the actual cost will be indicated in the returns form.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds will be issued as soon as the return arrives at the F A B I O R U S C O N I warehouses and the items are verified.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will be visible on the next card statement. The timeline may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or wire transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.Any cost incurred originally for shipping the order will not be refunded.

condition and must not be marked in any way.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
Returns should rather be packaged in the neutral shipping box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, clients may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of

support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Pickups for all authorized returns must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the website F A B I O R U S C O N I are excluded in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code as regards the following:
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of customized goods.
As an example but not limited to, products used and to which the protective film has been removed are certainly excluded from the withdrawal.
