Free shipping in Italy and Europe.
Shipping costs is indicated in the checkout cart, according to the countries Worldwide free shipping over 500€.
In case of Returns and Exchanges the cost will be € 10.00 in Italy and € 25.00 throughout Europe.
For intercontinental returns and exchanges the cost will be indicated in the form the actual cost depending on the country.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City will be shipped via UPS or SDA.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse.
The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.
We remind first-time Clients that F A B I O R U S C O N I can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

Europe – European Union – Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for major cities / 3-4 business days for remote areas
Europe – Non-European Union – Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for major cities / 3-4 business days for remote areas
F A B I O R U S C O N I cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of F A B I O R U S C O N I.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from fabiorusconi.it specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or fabiorusconi.it
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. F A B I O R U S C O N I packages are carefully packed with a logo printed tape around the outside of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact fabiorusconi.it at firstname.lastname@example.org
When there is a reception desk or door person present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by fabiorusconi.it within 5 working days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the F A B I O R U S C O N I commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
